HLSC Becomes a SCIO

We are pleased to say that we are now a SCIO (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation).

The Scottish Charity Regulator OSCR has written to us to advise that our application to become a SCIO has been successful. It states that OSCR is satisfied that the organisation meets the charity test and the legal requirements for being a SCIO, and has entered it in the Scottish Charity Register and our charity number is SC052823.

There will now be a period while we transfer the club assets to the SCIO and all our documents are updated.
