• Learn or refresh vital life-saving skills

• Take the mystery out of using a defibrillator

• Discover helpful emergency apps for your phone

• Understand cold water shock and how to deal with drowning

👥 Open to all members and friends – including cadets aged 11+

💷 Admission is free, with a collection for Cowal Heartstart and the Dunoon Coastguard
